Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp. Elderberry juice or Elderberry Syrup
- 1/4 tsp. natural Vitamin C powder
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- About 4 drops liquid stevia
- A pinch of pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
- 8 ounces sparkling or spring water
- Ice cubes (if desired)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except for the ice) together into a tall glass and whisk with a fork to combine.
- Add ice if desired and enjoy immediately!
We’ve been experimenting with various immune tonics this spring, and this is one of our favorites! This Elderberry Syrup and this natural Vitamin C powder are delicious together in this tonic.

Notes: You can make a batch ahead and store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for no more than 24 hours.
You can change up the flavor by adding a splash of organic concord grape juice, or fresh squeezed orange juice.
