Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup coconut cream or other milk
- 1 banana or avocado (frozen tastes better in this smoothie)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 5 dashes of ground nutmeg
- 5 dashes of ground clove

- If using avocado, you may want to add a little bit os sweetener of choice.
