Virtual Conference Tickets

Virtual Conference Tickets are refundable up to the day before the event start date. Conference tickets are 100% non-refundable once the event has started.

 

Virtual Conference Sponsorships and Exhibit Hall Fees

Due to the nature of virtual events and that benefits begin immediately, we are not able to offer refunds on the exhibit and sponsor packages. However, you are able to transfer your space to a future event in the case of a serious illness or death of an immediate family member that prohibits you from participating fully in the event and can be proven with a doctors note or a dated obituary. Partial refunds may be given in these cases depending on how much of your sponsorship benefits have been fulfilled.

 

Retreat Refunds

Your deposit (50% of the full rate) is due to reserve your stay. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date.

If you need to cancel less than 60 days before the retreat, or if you do not show up, or you leave early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.

If you need to cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date everything is refundable except half of the deposit. In other words, your deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Or you can transfer the amount of your deposit/balance to a future retreat, as long as there is space available in the retreat that you’d like to attend. You may transfer your retreat balance one time. All retreat payment balances expire 24 months after the last payment on the balance.

If there is an optional evacuation recommendation in place, or optional travel restrictions are in place, the retreat will still be held and no refunds will be issued.

If we are unable to hold the retreat because of mandatory travel restrictions, we will reschedule the retreat taking into consideration everyone’s schedule. You will have the choice to transfer your balance to the rescheduled retreat, or any future retreat (where there is space), or receive a refund. In the case of refunds, the refund period may be up to 120 days depending on the nature of the incident and the amount of refunds we need to issue.

If there is a mandatory hurricane evacuation order that comes into place during day 1-3 of our retreat and we must leave early, the unused percent of our stay will be refunded to each guest.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you used a debit card to make your purchase, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
