Cheyanne’s Top Health Habits

Cheyanne shared some of her personal favorite health hacks:

  1. Sunlight exposure, at least two hours per day, especially in the morning to reset the circadian rhythm and hormones.
  2. Executing common tasks like eating or brushing teeth with the opposite hand to create new neural pathways.
  3. Using the carnivore diet for ~ 6 weeks to reset the gut and immune system, then introducing therapeutic foods slowly.
