This is one of many blender ice cream milkshake recipes we’ve developed over the years – a treat that is kid and parent approved for deliciousness! We can’t get enough of this chai flavor right now – and the bonus is that it’s free from dairy and sugar, and contains lots of antioxidant rich spices!
Make sure to use organic ingredients for this milkshake. We recently learned from Diana Reeves, founder of GMO Free USA, that non-organic seeds, nuts and legumes are desiccated with carcinogenic glyphosate (found in the herbicide Round Up) during processing.

About Essential Oils For Internal Use
This recipe suggests using essential oils internally. We understand this may not be right for everyone, so we’ve included substitutions. We only recommend using high quality and beyond organically produced essential oils that are FDA approved for consumption, and are not diluted with fragrance and carrier oil, which can be hard to find! We recommend Young Living Essential Oils for their purity, transparency, FDA approval for internal use, and regenerative farming methods. If you have more questions, please reach out to us!
Pro tip: Make sure that you are using a high speed blender (like a Vitamix) in order to get a smooth consistency, especially if you are using ice and nuts.
