We’ve been experimenting with various immune tonics this spring, and this is one of our favorites! This Elderberry Syrup and this natural Vitamin C powder are delicious together in this tonic.

Toddlers and kids will love this too!

Notes: You can make a batch ahead and store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for no more than 24 hours.

You can change up the flavor by adding a splash of organic concord grape juice, or fresh squeezed orange juice.

Have fun with it! The important thing is to stay hydrated and keep giving your body the nutrients it needs for immune support.
